Kelly Marie Garry, Associate Realtor®/Licensed Residential Appraiser
Education: After graduating from Marysville High School, I attended Western Michigan University where I obtained my BBA in 1992. My concentration was in Computer Information Systems along with obtaining dual minors in Communications and General Business Administration. I then received my Real Estate Salesperson Licensing through Pat Crilley School of Real Estate in 1994. After a 2 year mentorship under a Certified General Appraiser and required classes from Middleton Real Estate Inc., I received my State of Michigan Residential Appraisal License in 1998.
Experience: I began my real estate career as an Associate Realtor with Land and Lake Realty in Harrison Twp. under Lon and Rita Lozon. After moving to St. Clair Shores in 1998, I began working and mentoring with Edward, Eric and Kurt Goosen at Goosen Appraisals and Real Estate Sales where I received my training to become a Residential Appraiser and the bulk of my initial Realtor training. After moving back to my hometown of Marysville in 2011, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with O’Connor Realty Inc., which I enjoy very much due to the professionalism of the office, staff, Associate brokers and Broker! As a Residential Appraiser and Realtor, I have had the opportunity to work in and see many areas in SE Michigan which include Macomb, Wayne, Oakland, Genesee and of course St. Clair Counties
Professional Memberships: National Association of Realtors; Michigan Association of Realtors; Eastern Thumb Association of Realtors, Realcomp Multi-List Service, State of Michigan Roll of Licensed Residential Appraisers, Western Michigan University Alumni Association and American Legion Auxiliary member.
Hobbies: I am a very dedicated wife and mother and love spending time with my son, husband and my entire family! I also have a passion for fitness and health and you could find me many days of the week taking a spinning or yoga class or just a stroll along the beautiful St. Clair River.
